
MURRAY, Utah — A serious collision involving four vehicles in Murray on Tuesday morning has left one person dead and several others hospitalized with severe injuries.
The incident occurred just before 11 a.m. near the intersection of 700 West and Winchester Street, according to officials with the Murray Police Department.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and transported multiple individuals to local hospitals. While the extent of the injuries varied, authorities confirmed that at least one person passed away due to their injuries.
Both 700 West and Winchester Street have been closed to traffic and are expected to remain shut down for several hours as investigators work to determine what led to the crash.
