SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Department of Public Safety has issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for a 12-year-old girl who reportedly ran away from her South Salt Lake home on April 12.
Divona Manuel, a 12-year-old girl, was last seen around 3 p.m. wearing a navy blue GAP hoodie, blue pajama pants with polka dots, and black Adidas slides. She was also carrying a black backpack or purse. According to the South Salt Lake Police Department, Divona left the home with an unknown classmate.
Law enforcement officials are urging anyone with information regarding Divona’s whereabouts to contact the South Salt Lake Police Department at 801-840-4000 and reference case number LK2025-11099.
In Utah, the Endangered Missing Advisory is activated when someone goes missing under suspicious or unexplained circumstances and is believed to be in danger. Once the advisory is issued, the individual’s information is entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), and a statewide notification is sent to law enforcement agencies across Utah.
