$6.5M Medication Settlement: See If You Qualify for $600 to $1,500 Payout

If you received a telemarketing call from an online pharmacy, you might be eligible for a payout of up to $1,500 from a recent $6.5 million class action settlement.

The lawsuit was filed against PillPack, a home-delivery pharmacy owned by Amazon, over allegations that it made unsolicited telemarketing calls in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Although PillPack denies any wrongdoing, the company has agreed to settle the case.

Who Is Eligible?

✅ Individuals who received a pre-recorded call from an online pharmacy that was later transferred to a PillPack call center
✅ Calls must have been made between March 13, 2018, and June 16, 2019

Payouts will range from $600 to $1,500, depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.

How to File a Claim

📌 Online or Mail Submission: Claims can be filed electronically or by printing and mailing the form.
📌 Claim ID: Some potential claimants may have received a Claim ID—if so, it must be included in the application. However, those without one can still apply.
📌 Phone Number Verification: Claimants must confirm their cell phone number from March 2018 to June 2019.

What Happens Next?

Once the claims deadline passes, the final payout amount will be determined after deducting legal fees and expenses.
