SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake City Police Department is actively searching for Cedrick “Ced” Palmer, a 37-year-old man who has been reported missing and is considered endangered.
Cedrick was last seen on Saturday, April 20, around 8 a.m. near 1500 South Clayton Street. He was wearing a bright red or orange shirt and a tan and black jacket. Authorities are particularly concerned for Ced, as he is autistic and has a reduced mental capacity, along with schizophrenia.
Police say Ced often frequents areas in downtown Salt Lake City, including the main public library and local shelters. Authorities are asking anyone who may have seen Ced or who has information about his whereabouts to contact 911 immediately.
