A deadly fire broke out in a mobile home in Calabasas on Monday afternoon, claiming the life of one woman.
The L.A. County Fire Department received reports of a fire at 23777 Mulholland Highway, near Calabasas Village, around 3:30 p.m. When responders arrived, they found the mobile home engulfed in flames, along with a white van nearby, also heavily involved in the fire.
Sky5 aerial footage showed extensive damage to the mobile home, which was completely destroyed by the blaze. Firefighters quickly established structure protection lines on both sides of the fire to prevent it from spreading further. Within 20 minutes, crews had managed to bring the fire under control.
One firefighter sustained a minor heat-related injury and was transported to the hospital for treatment, but no other injuries were reported. Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

She does have a life (probably) but she can't think of anything to write in here, so she's probably just going to ramble now. She has an orange cat who she likes better than any human. If you see her being quiet or not sitting on top of a desk, there is something very wrong. In her free time she enjoys harassing her favorite teachers and sleeping. Her life plans include making it through high school and leaving. Happy lifeing.
