TOOELE, Utah – A crash on eastbound I-80 near milepost 100 caused significant traffic delays for commuters traveling from Tooele County into Salt Lake County Wednesday morning.
While specific details about the crash remain limited, traffic cameras from the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) showed the incident blocking the left lane, forcing vehicles to use only the right lane to continue eastbound.
The traffic impact was substantial, with backups stretching approximately two miles, reaching milepost 98 on I-80 and extending onto State Road 36 near Mills Junction. Some commuters faced delays of over 30 minutes during the peak of the congestion.
By 10:30 a.m., authorities had cleared the crash, and traffic flow had returned to normal.
Further updates will be provided as more details emerge.

She does have a life (probably) but she can't think of anything to write in here, so she's probably just going to ramble now. She has an orange cat who she likes better than any human. If you see her being quiet or not sitting on top of a desk, there is something very wrong. In her free time she enjoys harassing her favorite teachers and sleeping. Her life plans include making it through high school and leaving. Happy lifeing.
